Developer
Understanding what people perceive to be their negative traits allows me to help them redirect that emotion into something positive. I am developer of people. I help people understand their potential when they can't see it themselves and set goals ,help create and develop a plan to reach those goals. Teaching others to become developer for their team.
Motivator
Understanding that people are motivated differently is crucial. Past failures is growth and is motivation in itself by using that emotion one can build a great deal of momentum towards future goals.
Leader
My ability to take a group of individuals, assess their personalities and place them were they are best suited on the team. I make sure each individual understands the value they bring and the importance of their part in the overall success of the dealership.
