I help people understand their potential when they can't see it themselves and set goals ,help create and develop a plan to reach those goals. Teaching others to become developer for their team.

Hello! I'm Harry

 

I've been in the Automotive industry for 18 years starting as a Bilingual Sales Representative to now a General Manager/General Sales Manager. My future goal is to be Owner/Operator of a new car franchise. 
I was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, but my parents, two sisters and I moved to Orlando, FL ,when I was just two years of age. From Florida my family moved to a suburb of Atlanta called Powder Springs, GA , were I spent most of my childhood. My father was an extremely hard working man and always did what ever it took to make ends meet. At the age of 6 , I started attending auctions with my father on Wednesday nights to buy merchandise that we would turn at the local flea market on weekends. That's what I would consider my first sales job.

During my first year at Kennesaw State University at the age of 18, I started an anti-freeze recycling company were I serviced locally owned Texaco Express Lube stations in the metro Atlanta area. While trying to build capital for Advance Systems " the anti-freeze recycling company", I started selling cars as a bilingual sales representative with the Van Tuyl Auto Group. Shortly thereafter I joined the Lou Sobh Automotive Group were I continue to develop my skills in selling, appraising trade ins, and advertising. 

In August 2003 ,I married my wife Heather Locklear and we moved to Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Here Heather and I joined Locklear Automotive Group . My wife and I now have 4 gorgeous little girls.
